Check in time is after 3pm. Please check in at 5th St. and Philadelphia Ave. Check out time is before 11am. For the month of June, check out time is before 10am.

Reservations & Deposit Policy
To reserve the unit for a full week a $50 non refundable processing fee will be required along with 25% of your total stay. Balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival.

To reserve the unit for a mini week a $35 non refundable processing fee will be required along with 25% of your total stay.

To reserve the unit for three (3) nights or less, we will require the first nights payment plus the tax.

All major credit cards are accepted. Checks are accepted if received no less than three (3) weeks in advance and no more than seven (7) days after the reservation is made. Checks or money orders should be made payable to:

Cancellation Policy:
Sixty (60) day cancellation policy applies to weekly rentals in order to receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee.

Seven (7) day cancellation policy applies to nightly rentals in order to receive a refund less a $35 cancellation fee.

If the reservation is cancelled within 60 or 7 day period prior to arrival date accordingly, all deposits will be forfeited!
