Check In & Check Out Check in time is after 3pm. Please check in at 203 9th street. Check out time is before 11am. For the month of June, check out time is before 10am. Reservations & Deposit Policy To reserve the unit for less than seven days, we will require the first night’s payment plus the tax or 25% of your total stay whichever is larger. Balance is due in full at the time of check-in in the form of cash or credit card only.

To reserve the unit for a full week, a $50 non-refundable
processing fee will be required along with a 25% of your total stay. Balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. All major credit cards are accepted. Checks are accepted if received no less than three (3) weeks in advance and no more than seven (7) days after the reservation is made. Checks or money orders should be payable to OC Palm Beach LLC, and mailed to: 203 9th street, Ocean City, MD 21842. (Does not apply to June Graduates)

Nightly Rental Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, a refund less a $35 handling fee will be issued if you notify us seven (7) days prior to you arrival date.
