Walk to the beach and the Boardwalk from these two downtown motels located on 9th Street and Philadelphia Ave (Parrot Lagoon Miami Beach) or the corner of 3rd Street and Baltimore Ave (Parrot Lagoon Inntown Lodge). Enjoy the tropical outdoor pool on 9th Street.
We are located only steps to the bay and the free fishing pier and less than a 5 minute walk to the Boardwalk attractions. Check In & Check Out Check in time is after 3pm. Please check in at 203 9th street. Check out time is before 11am. For the month of June, check out time is before 10am. Reservations and Deposit Policy To reserve the unit, we will require the first night's payment plus the tax or 25% of your total stay whichever is larger, plus $5.00 hospitality fee. Balance is due in full at the time of check-in in form of cash or credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card. Checks are accepted if received no less than three weeks prior to arrival. Checks and money orders should be written out to Parrot Lagoon Motels, and mailed to 203 9th street, Ocean City, MD 21842. (Does not apply to June Graduates). Cancellation Policy: In the event that you must cancel your reservation, a refund less a $35 handling fee will be issued if you notify us at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be issued if you cancel your reservation on the day of the arrival. Sorry, NO pets are accepted at this location. For pet friendly accommodations, please call 410-289-8531. Parking is provided for one vehicle per unit. |
